These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nursery Shop marketing website, catalog, and related buyer, merchant, and admin applications (together, the “Services”) operated by Techvitta Innovations Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Nature of the marketplace

Nursery Shop is a B2B wholesale nursery marketplace connecting buyers with nurseries, primarily from Kadiyam, Andhra Pradesh. This marketing website is for discovery and information. Public product pages do not display prices.

Pricing, quotation requests, cart, checkout, payments, orders, shipments, and account management are handled in the buyer and merchant applications (web and/or mobile), not as a retail checkout on this marketing site.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • The Services are intended for business use by adults (buyers and nursery merchants), not for children.
  • You must provide accurate registration and profile information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
  • Merchants may require admin approval before listing inventory or responding to quotations.

3. Quotations, orders, and payments

  • Buyers request quotations in good faith. Merchants respond with unit pricing for the requested items and quantities.
  • Buyers should review merchant responses before confirming an order. An order is formed through the buyer application checkout flow after pricing is available from accepted quotations.
  • Payment options (for example online payment via Razorpay and/or cash on delivery) depend on configuration at the time of checkout. Card, UPI, and bank details are processed by the payment partner; we do not store full payment instrument details.
  • Delivery charges, timelines, and shipment details are confirmed as part of the order and logistics flow in the apps.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • Misrepresent your identity, business details, inventory, or ability to fulfil orders
  • Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the Services
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute catalog content except as allowed for ordinary use of the Services

5. Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of plant listings, available quantities, quotation responses, fulfilment quality, and compliance with applicable tax and business regulations (including GST where required). We may suspend or remove merchants that violate these Terms or marketplace policies.

6. Intellectual property

The Nursery Shop name, branding, software, and site content (other than merchant-supplied listing content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, delays in delivery, or disputes between buyers and merchants, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We facilitate connections and workflows between buyers and merchants; merchants remain responsible for the plants and fulfilment they supply.

8. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account from within the relevant application (for example Profile / settings → Delete Account), subject to retention of anonymized transaction records where required for accounting, tax, or fraud prevention.

9. Privacy

How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
