This Privacy Policy explains how Techvitta Innovations Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Nursery Shop marketing website, catalog, and related Buyer and Merchant applications (together, the “Services”).
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:

2. How we use your information

- To process quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries
- To connect buyers with merchants and enable merchant approval
- To send order, quotation, and account-related notifications
- To comply with legal and tax obligations (e.g. GST records for merchants)
- To improve the Services and fix technical issues
3. Sharing your information
We share information only as needed to operate the marketplace:
- Buyers and merchants: when you request a quotation or place an order, relevant details (items, quantities, delivery address, contact info) are shared with the merchant(s) fulfilling that order, and vice versa.
- Payment processing: payment details necessary to complete a transaction are shared with Razorpay, our payment processor.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we anonymize your personal information (name, phone, address) and disable your login immediately. Order and payment transaction records are retained even after account deletion, with personal identifiers removed, as required for accounting, tax (e.g. GST), and fraud-prevention purposes under applicable law.
5. Your rights & account deletion
You can review and update your profile information at any time from within the apps. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time:
- In-app: go to Profile → Delete Account in either the Buyer or Merchant app.
- Online: if you no longer have access to the apps, email venkatesh.malakala@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
As noted above, order and payment records may be retained in anonymized form for legal/accounting purposes even after your account is deleted.
6. Data security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level access controls on our database, and restricted access to sensitive credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable safeguards.
7. Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for business use by adults (nursery buyers and merchants) and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
